Overview
Welcome to Serenity Ridge, a community where activity abounds with over 60 acres of open space intertwined with over 1-1/2 miles of trails. Preservation and enhancement of open space within the community is a strong focus of the project given the active nature of today's Colorado homebuyer. Serenity Ridge concentrates on the outdoor interaction of people and activities influenced by the impact of the sun and sky. Harnessing the theme of open space, Serenity Ridge celebrates the character and simple charm of the existing landscape. At the community's main entry one notices the vast horizon and expansive views as offered by Serenity Ridge. Serenity Ridge strives to be a community that folds in upon itself. This inward focus is integral to giving this small community an identity unique to its surroundings. Oak Hill Way divides the property naturally creating residential "clusters." Within these neighborhoods a number of cul-de-sacs huddle around the open space- each allowing a unique entrance to the trails and amenities provided in the open space. Serenity Ridge's strongest amenity is the northeasterly views to Aurora reservoir and outstanding westerly views of Long's Peak. The ridgeline and two highpoints in the community provide the best viewing locations to the Reservoir and the Rocky Mountains. Oak Hill Way is located along the community's ridgeline allowing all residents and travelers to enjoy these views. A Neighborhood Park has been designed on the highest point of the community. This park will provide a focal point in the open space and along the main street. This clustering of smaller communities gives a strong sense of identity for the individual homeowners and Serenity Ridge as a whole.
